  • Worked closely with the Aftermarket Engineering team to deliver timely customer solutions.

  • Developed and maintained various technical documents, adhering to ASD-STE100 including:

  1. Aircraft Seat Installation: Revised a new version of the Aircraft Seats Installation Document, specifically focusing on loose kit items.

  2. Rapid Turnaround for Customer Requests: Produced a Service Bulletin (SB) within three days to address twisting issues in seatbelt guides during in-service use. Created additional SBs for lifevest housing, placard and hook fastener replacements, with reworked procedures for specific tasks.

  3. Temporary Revision: Delivered a TR in two days, updating the Detailed Parts List (DPL) and procedures for lifevest housing replacement.

  4. Service Information Letter: Authored a SIL in one day, addressing FOD visual inspection following a reported case of seat damage caused by a rechargeable battery entrapped in the seat mechanism.
