Introduction
The horizontal stabilizer has been sat in the scrap yard for a long time. Instead of being stranded at the scrap yard without any use, that stabilizer is going to refurbish back to its own configuration. The main expected outcome of this project is displaying unit of the horizontal stabilizer of Cessna 182 around UniKL MIAT.

Literature Review
Pure aluminum is insufficient of strength to be used for aircraft’s construction and repair. The strength of the pure aluminum will increase gradually if it is alloyed mixed with other compatible metals to prevent deterioration.

The most external surface of aircraft construction is made up of aluminum cladding or well known as Aclad.

Methodology
All process involved in this study is elaborated accordingly with the sequence of process consist of research method, material data preparation, flow out project, Gantt chart and reasons why the materials used has been chosen. From the comparison below, aluminium alloy had been chosen. It weights about 1/3 of sheet steel with the strength is almost the same.

Results and Discussion
Some of the structural parts need to be repaired. All the dented and crack structure had been filled with aircraft filler and hardener in sequence. The measurement of the damage or missing part has been measured accordingly. The cutting of the sheet metal has proceeded as the designs had been approved by the instructor. Shaping the metal properly will produce the exact design needed. After the sheet metal has been cut and shaped accordingly, then the drilling phase was done. All sheet metal needs to be protected to against corrosion before riveting the sheet metal to the surface. After the sheet metal treatment process has been done, the sheet metal is ready to be riveted to the horizontal stabiliser. The selection of proper blind rivets has been analysed carefully, discussed and clearly determined The damaged and missing parts are restored back to the horizontal stabiliser.

05
Conclusion
Finally, the objective of Refurbishing of Horizontal Stabiliser on Cessna 182, has been achieved.
